These terms and conditions apply to the products on www.peachmillsupply.com (the “site), and the purchasing and sale of our products through Peach Mill Supply Works, LLC located in Hamburg, PA. By viewing this site; placing an order by telephone, fax, or email; or, completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by and accept these Terms and Conditions.

Pricing and Taxes
All information regarding pricing, products, and services is subject to change. Peach Mill Supply Works, LLC reserves the right to make adjustments to pricing and products, and will update the site with any adjustments. Customers who claim exemption from taxes are responsible for providing Peach Mill Supply Works, LLC with the necessary documentation at the time of purchase or taxes will be added to their order.
Payment Terms
We require a 50% deposit on all orders prior to production, with the balance due at the time of pick up. If your order is scheduled to be delivered, then we require full payment prior to production. Peach Mill Supply Works accepts all major credit cards, checks, cash, and ACH transfers. For those customers with an established credit line, payment terms are net 15 calendar days from the date of invoice.
Product Availability
Our manufacturing facility operates from Monday through Friday, with occasional hours on Saturdays if necessary. We keep a substantial inventory in our warehouse, but it is prudent to allow up to 7 business days to custom cut your order and prepare for distribution.
Delivery
Most customers pick their orders up at our warehouse in Hamburg, PA. For orders that exceed 6000 board feet, we may be able to deliver your EPS free of charge. We run a 53-foot tractor trailer weekly to various locations with no regularity. It all depends upon your location and what other orders are on the truck. We go as far south as Baltimore; west to Harrisburg; east to central and southern into New Jersey; and, a few locations north of Hamburg.
Order Cancellations or Adjustments
Should you cancel your order prior to production, then your deposit will be returned without any penalty. If you cancel your order during or after production, the you will forfeit the entirety of your 50% deposit. If your deposit was larger than 50% of your order, then any amount over 50% will be returned to you.
Refund Policy
When you pick up your order, you will be required to inspect the product and sign a pick-up slip validating your receipt of your order in good condition. This will finalize the transaction and no refunds will be issued after that point.
Ownership of Materials, Copyright, and Intellectual Property
The information contained in this site including all images, designs, photographs, text and other materials (the “contents”) are copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property owned by Peach Mill Supply Works, LLC. The contents of this site may not be copied, republished, downloaded, transmitted, mirrored or reproduced without the prior written permission of Peach Mill Supply Works, LLC.
Limitation of Liability
Peach Mill Supply Works, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of business, or other economic damages. Peach Mill Supply Works, LLC is not responsible for delays in delivery which result from any circumstances beyond its control. Peach Mill Supply Works, LLC aggregate liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for any products purchased, or, if no such products were purchased, ten dollars ($10.00).

This website and the materials and products on this site are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, Peach Mill Supply Works, LLC hereby expressly disclaims all warranties either express or implied, related to products, including, without limitation, any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or warranty of noninfringement. Peach Mill Supply Works, LLC does not make any warrantees or representations regarding the use of the materials in this site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, reliability or otherwise. Some states do not permit limitations or exclusions on warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
Applicable Law
This site is controlled by us from our offices within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States of America. By accessing this site you agree that the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflicts of laws principles, will apply to all matters relating to the use of this site and the purchase of products available through this site. Any litigation will be brought exclusively in Berks County, Pennsylvania and customer consents to the jurisdiction of the Federal and State Courts located therein, submits to the jurisdiction thereof and waives the right to change venue.
Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you, the customer, and Peach Mill Supply Works, LLC concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings of the parties with respect thereto, including any oral statements made by Peach Mill Supply Works, LLC representatives or any alternate terms supplied by you to Peach Mill Supply Works, LLC unless otherwise agreed to by Peach Mill Supply Works, LLC in writing. To the extent that anything in or associated with site is in conflict or inconsistent with these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions shall take precedence.
